WE HAVE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH SENA (COLOMBIAN NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP SERVICE) SINCE 2017, THROUGH WHICH SHORT COURSES ARE TAUGHT TO YOUNG PEOPLE FROM AGUA DE DIOS SO THAT THEY DEVELOP SPECIFIC SKILLS.

 

These courses vary between:

• Business Administration of "Solidarity Economy"

• Marketing Strategies in Contact Center

• Food Handling and Processing

• Excel, Payroll and Literacy

 

                                                 GODFATHER PROGRAM

This program seeks to support boys and girls who have finished their high school education  Technological Career. Since there are no institutions or universities in Agua de Dios that offer this type of study, young people must move to the nearest city, Girardot.

The goal is for a family or a couple or a person to sponsor one of these young people with a monthly fee of approximately US $ 110 that will cover:

• Registration

• Urban transport to Girardot (round trip)

• Lunch

NOTE: The Boarding Schools of the Congregation HH.SS.CC. provide to the children housing and food until they finish their secondary studies. Once these studies are completed, they must leave because the nuns do not have the funds to continue supporting them. Our foundation and the boarding schools have an agreement: If the foundation finds “Godparents” to support the program, the teenagers can study their Technological Careers and then the nuns will continue to provide them with housing and food!
